Mail Client Extensions
Install the Email Apps extension for Thunderbird, or use the mobile app, then pair it with your account.
Thunderbird
Requires Thunderbird 128 or newer.

- Open Thunderbird → Add-ons and Themes
- Click the gear icon → Install Add-on From File…
- Select the downloaded
.xpifile - Open the extension and follow the pairing wizard
After the first install, Thunderbird checks for updates automatically every hour and applies them in the background. You can also use Add-ons → gear → Check for Updates.
If you installed an older build before auto-update was enabled, update once manually; later updates apply on their own.
Mobile (PWA)
Manage email apps and spam filter settings from your phone browser or home screen.
- Open the mobile app link above in Safari (iOS) or Chrome (Android)
- Sign in to the portal and generate a pairing code
- Tap Open mobile app to pair on the portal, or enter the 6-character code manually
- Optional: use your browser’s Add to Home Screen menu to install the app
Pairing uses the same code flow as Thunderbird. After generating a code on the portal, use the one-tap mobile link or copy it to open the app with the code pre-filled.

After installing, sign in to the portal and generate a pairing code on the dashboard.
